Who we are

We are a family-operated coffee shop that opened our doors at the end November 2024. Now, a year later, we’re grateful to be serving the Derby community and growing alongside it.

Our vision for the shop is to create a cozy, welcoming space where you can slow down, sip something delicious, and feel at home.

We craft all of our syrups in-house using real, whole ingredients so no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. Our bakery menu rotates frequently, so there’s always something new and tempting to try.

Eve’s Drop is proudly owned by First Man Brewery, combining the best of both worlds in one location. Coffee in the morning. Beer in the evening. Community all day long.
